After trying an Anderson House soup from a store I visited while on vacation, I was blown away and decided to get a sampling of others to try. I’m working through 12 different varieties now. Some soups require more work than others but this cauliflower soup is one of the simplest ones I’ve tried. Like another said, I skipped the cream to keep the fat/cals down and it was fantastic. Whipped it up in a few minutes and half hour later had a healthy and delicious lunch that really filled us up. We want to eat healthy but keep the prep to a minimum and these soups are the way to go. Will definitely buy this one again.

I’ve used Full-fat coconut milk in place of the heavy cream. Try it! Delicious.

I just had this soup for supper. I did not add the heavy cream and I cut the cauliflower into small pieces, so I just had to use a potato masher to break it up. It is absolutely delicious. Looking forward to having it again. Thanks
