Hearty and healthy!
I’ve had this soup twice, and I think it will always be my favorite. I love how the flavor of the broth comes from the ham hocks, and you can make the soup as meaty as you want. This little bag makes a LOT of soup, perfect to make as meal prep for the week, or make for one dinner and freeze. You must try it!
Eleven Bean
We made the base of soup from a ham bone and chicken bone broth.
Had plenty of ham, added fresh ham, bay leaf and fresh sweet basil.
Added fresh from vine tomatoes and organic carrots.
Absolutely delicious, ate in 97 degree temps!

11 Bean Frontier Soup - Really Good
Andersonhouse 11-Bean Frontier Soup turned out to be very good. Normally a bean soup is not a favorite, but this was delicious. I added whole canned tomatoes as I like a variety of textures. I added kielbasa sausage and chicken. I added a green pepper according to the recipe. One could add other vegetables such as fresh green beans, cauliflower, perhaps even okra as this soup does have a flavor conducive to gumbo, in my opinion. All in all a very tasty, fun to make soup, that exceeded my expectations. I froze the extra.
